- Ability to create compelling stories with clear value propositions. Excellent presentation skill is imperative since the role requires presenting to the leadership & customers.
- Can break problems into small bits using the first principles and put ambiguous problem statements into structured & actionable ones
- Proven program management skills i.e. stakeholder management, empathy, communication, and risk management (only for senior roles)
- 'Get Things Done' attitude with the willingness to bootstrap ideas on her/his own
- Willingness to get their hands dirty as an Individual Contributor
- You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
- Should understand the Business Legal clauses. If the person has worked on legal agreements on business related clauses will be an added advantage.
