Director - Internal Controls and SOX

We are looking for a Senior Leader to head the Internal Controls team of 40-45 member .

CA / MBA Premiere BSchool (14 + years of PQ experience )

- Internal Controls + SOX

- Should have Multi Geography experience

- Managing Senior Stakeholders Management

- Industry view to FMCG

Role entails :

- SOX Testing 20-25 %

- Controls questionnaire that people fill in globally self assessment whether controls are working sanity checks - Attention to detail

- Exception monitoring - audit analytics - control parameters and the exceptions - continuous process of controls - capturing the right control exception

- GRC monitoring and segregation of duties

- Should have experience in Risk Control Frameworks matrices.

- Can lead a team of 40 - 45 members
