Director - Internal Audit

Job Description:.

We are seeking a diversity candidate for a senior leadership role with the following qualifications:

- CA/CPA/ACCA with a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience, OR an MBA with at least 13 years of relevant experience.

- Experience working with a Big4 firm, either in a Global Delivery Centre (GDC) or in-country practice, focused on client service delivery.

- Relevant experience in Internal Audit and SOX Compliance.

- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team of 75-100 internal audit and IT audit professionals.

- Experience in managing the delivery of ICOFR engagements.

Location: Preferred location is Bengaluru.
