It's a confidential role with a Startup Analytics firm.

Must have : 12+ years exp

Education : Bachelor's/Master's Degree Must

Domain : Insurance

- Analytics experience is preferred. Leadership role to manage P&L and team.

- Must have strong Insurance domain expertise.

- Experienced in Life & General Insurance with exposure to key business areas like Marketing, CRM, Customer Acquisition & Retention, Claims Management, Risk Management, Fraud & Security & Compliance etc.

- Knowledge of Insurance Customers' in India will be a key. Global exposure will be an added advantage.

- Must have knowledge on current & future trends in the Insurance industry along with regional flavors.

- Basic understanding of Analytics will be a big plus.

- Existing network of CMOs COOs & CIOs will also be a big plus.

- Experience with startups is desirable but not mandatory.

- Must demonstrate atleast a couple of instances of completely out-of-the-box approach adopted in previous assignments.

- Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills.
