- Key leadership role in heading a 20+ member out-bound Inside Sales team, directly reports to the Management.
- The team will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers and closing the deals from India or in collaboration with onsite field sales.
- The manager would be responsible for achieving business targets, mentoring team members, analyzing performance and working with internal departments including marketing, field sales, project delivery, HR and operations to manage a world class inside sales engine.
Your responsibilities would involve :
- Manage daily operations of the inside sales team
- Ensure quality and relevance of the leads generated
- Hire, coach and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
- Generate and distribute weekly reports to continuously improve performance
- Work closely with Field Sales and Marketing functions to build a strong funnel
- Close small and medium size deals from the offshore location
- Bring in best practices from prior experience and implement them for the team
- Update the team on new services and solutions being offered
- Contribute to proposals and ensure that RFPs are responded to within defined SLAs
- Contribute to marketing and sales collaterals in coordination with Marketing and Tech teams
- Collaborate with facilities team to define/acquire the Inside Sales infrastructure needs
- Evaluates the team and works closely with HR and management to ensure we hire, enable and retain talent
- Motivating and driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with sales methods and processes
- Develops / Designs the inside sales go-to market sales plan and tracking it to success, including KPIs, sales dashboards, trackers

You need to have :
- Around 15 years of experience in inside sales for a technology services company
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, currently leading a team of 12+ people
- BE in the technology domain and MBA in Marketing with excellent academics
- Has managed targets and sales deliverables as part of core KRA
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
- Structured approach to the sales cycle, good understanding of the technology industry
- Good with CRM processes, numbers, statistics, dashboards and accurate reporting
- Willingness to work in US business hours to be able to attend to time zones of USA (90%), Europe (10%)
- Willingness to travel periodically to the US territory for sales visits
- Proven achievement and stable tenure in past companies in sales function
