Position: Director - Sales (Inside Sales)
Responsibilities: As a seasoned sales professional, you are expected to have hands-on working experience through the entire sales cycle. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Achieve targets that are in line with the organization's overall goals.
- Reach out to existing clients to generate further sales.
- Identify and target prospective clients that have the potential for increased revenues.
- Set up and maintain a substantial pipeline that helps meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintains a high level of customer relationship and customer satisfaction.
- Generate high-value deals.
- Seamlessly work with various stakeholders to produce effective results.
- Set up and execute alternative initiatives that help achieve targets.
- Mentor and monitor sales executives and lead the team to achieve the overall targets set.
- Be actively involved in the expansion of the team by hiring training and retaining talent.
- Bring in and drive the practice of consulting sales.
- Create sales strategies that give us an edge over the competition and also help with setting up new revenue channels.
Requirements:
Non-Negotiable Skills:
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience
- Self Starter & Target Driven
- Proven sales acumen
- Exceptional communication and language skills in English.
- A curious mind with out-of-box thinking.
Desired Skills:
- Sales experience in a SAAS product company.
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time and pay close attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proven networking skills score additional points.
