Responsibilities:

- Should have 18+yrs Corporate Invesment Banking experience.

- Industry experience in AI/GenAI from idea generation to implementation

- Experience implementing AI/GenAI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutions

- Lead the delivery of AI projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

CIB domain must

No development profiles/technology profiles

In This role :

- As the Head of innovation, you will develop and lead a team of brilliant machine learning experts and work closely with the technology team and Data scientists to come up solutions across CIB and get them implemented.

- Lead the delivery of AI projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Lead from the front as a hands-on subject matter expert, architecting and crafting scalable solutions and driving data excellence across the organization.

- Define best AI/ML driven practices and AI Lifecycle

Desired Qualifications:

- Experience and in-depth knowledge in Corporate & Investment Banking domain with exposure to any of the asset classes/products

- Hands-on experience in implementing AI/ML Models

Traditional Vs Generative:

- Industry experience in AI/Gen AI from idea generation to implementation

- Experience implementing AI/Gen AI solutions in Corporate Investment Banking, understanding of business use cases and applicable solutions

- Up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their trends, including various libraries and tools.

- Experience with modern databases, cloud environments and data ecosystems
