Key Responsibilities:.

- Lead and manage the IT operations team, growing it from 100 to 300+ resources.

- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the stability, performance, and security of all systems.

- Develop and implement strategies for scaling the team and technology infrastructure to support business growth.

- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Manage a large team of 300+ IT professionals, ensuring seamless coordination, productivity, and resource allocation.

- Drive the growth of the startup IT operations from 0 to 300+ resources, ensuring that systems and processes are scalable.

- Establish performance metrics and ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of IT systems and processes.

- Handle vendor management, including the selection and negotiation of service agreements.

- Maintain compliance with security standards and ensure the organization meets regulatory requirements.

- Work cross-functionally with other departments to integrate IT with overall business functions.

- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the IT team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in scaling IT operations from 100 to 300+ resources in a high-growth environment.

- Prior experience managing a team of 300+ resources in IT operations, with a successful track record of building and leading large teams.

- Experience in growing a startup IT function from 0 to 300+ employees is highly desirable.

- Strong knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure, network security, and systems management.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement scalable IT solutions in alignment with business goals.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Experience in vendor management, budget management, and project management.

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
