Role is to head the IR on end - end basis :
- Handling complete gamut of HR, Industrial Relation and Administration for the plant
- Financial planning and budgeting, of the HR and Administration department for the plant as per the manpower requirement and production forecast and the charter of demand by the trade union and its effect on the HR budget
- Communication at all levels by town hall sessions, skip level meetings, cross functional meets, meets with HR, revamping the grievance/appreciation reporting systems, week/month long activities etc
- Recruitment
- Compensation and Rewards
- PMS
- Wage settlement & handling unionization
- Employee Grievances and settlement
- Effectively handle the Legal cases and taking corrective action so as to reduce the risk
Industrial Relations :
- Understanding the regional demographics and aligning the IR strategy in accordance
- Strict adherence to the Statutory Compliance
Compensation from 35 lakhs - 60 lakhs
