Job Description & Candidate Profile :

Role :

Lead an Indirect Taxation Practice and develop new business

Lead a team that does the following activities :

- Rendering business advisory services to the clients under the various Indirect Taxation laws in India.

- Advising to the client specific queries related to various indirect tax legislation.

- Providing Compliance Services to ensure adherence to provisions of the various Indirect Taxation Statutes in India.

- Preparation, filing and processing of refund in relation to Additional duties of Customs with the Customs Department.

- Research work related to proposed - Goods and Services Tax- legislation in India.

- Preparation and filing of Service Tax Returns.

- Carrying out comprehensive indirect tax reviews for the clients.

Candidate Profile :

- CA with 12 - 15 years of Post Qualification Experience in Indirect Tax

- Experience in new client development

- Looking candidates from Big 4 / CA Firm ( others may not apply).

- Should have throughout experience in Indirect Taxation.
