Director - India Tax - CA - Consulting Firm

Position reports to: INDIA CFO

- Planning and executing Direct and Indirect taxes

- Preparing Corporate tax plans and ensuring timely assessment and filing of for multiple entities

- Proper application of the appropriate position of services tax and income tax as is applicable to the service sector

- Supervising compliance activities of Transfer Pricing regulations; expat tax regulations, internal tax consultants and counsels

- Strong knowledge of Service Tax is a must.

Qualification: CA with 10+ years of exposure in Service Sector. MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Please note this is a role with a MNC STRATEGY CONSULTING FIRM BUT A NON CLIENT FACING ROLE.
