Director - India Operations - Staffing Firm

We're currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill a leadership role as India Business Head for BCforward. We have our US and Domestic Staffing business with about 300+ recruiters in both the teams and about 100+ contractors working with our Domestic Clients.

We would like to hire a suitable candidate with relevant experience in the staffing industry to head our India business. this role reports to our CEO in US. In India we are based in Hyderabad and this role is for our Hyderabad office. Here are a few roles and responsibilities -

1. Managing the day-to-day operations of India office in Hyderabad

2. Vendor management to ensure all facilities are up to standards in India office

3. Responsible for the profitability of all business verticals (US & Domestic Staffing)

4. Keeping the US leadership team appraised of all operational matters through monthly reports and regular meetings

5. Managing statutory compliances and helping auditors with timely information for govt compliances and audit

6. Act as final authority in resolving disputes of ex and current employees

7. Take up necessary strategies to ensure success of India operations and make it self sustained
