Director - India Operations - R&D

Director - Indian Operations for the R&D center of an MNC to be based in Bangalore.

Responsible for the following functions, whose teams reports into this role

1) HR -

- Director is responsible for People Management, Recruitment Planning, L&D etc

2) Finance :

- Director is responsible for Financial reporting into the head office, P&L, Costing and budgeting.

3) Quality :

- Ensuring Quality control and enabling certifications like ISO.

4) Integration testing

5) IT

6) Facilities.

Must be an Engineer/MBA with 15 years of experience with IT or R&D organisation in operations.
