Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align inbound sales efforts with growth and performance marketing initiatives.

- Lead Nurturing: Design and oversee lead nurturing processes to convert prospects through the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on inbound sales.

- Proven experience in growth and performance marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
