Inbound Marketing Director @ Interview Kickstart
This role is responsible for planning, management and overseeing execution of InterviewKickstart's Inbound Marketing strategies.
This encompasses the content strategy across channels, delivery and amplification of content and working with the Head of Product & Brand to implement the agreed strategy to grow InterviewKickstart's organic traffic, leads, sales and support the wider business objectives via Inbound channels.
Roles & Responsibility :-
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
- Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, email campaigns and online events to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Own InterviewKickstart's YouTube channel and manage video production, editing and organic growth of the channel.
- Create monthly reports containing a robust description of weekly/monthly activities, suitable advice and recommendations and a clear summary of performance against the key performance indicators and metrics.
- Measure the effectiveness of campaigns against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Understand analytics and data, using them to create effective content strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry's best practices, strategies, and offerings around inbound marketing
- Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage SEO, social, inbound marketing, email campaigns, and events to grow customer
Requirements:-
- 8-12 years of digital marketing experience, with proven experience in Inbound Marketing.
- Must be able to demonstrate having successfully grown traffic, revenues and keymetrics using in-bound marketing in previous roles.
- Must have a good understanding of the operational challenges of Inbound marketing, including working with freelancers, agencies and other third parties.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the current Google Search algorithms, latest Google updates and YouTube marketing.
- Understanding of the production process of digital assets including articles, case studies & videos ( Ed-tech industry is preferred)
- Experience growing organic traffic/ YouTube audience/channel in U.S geography is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with exceptional written communication skills to provide actionable insights for improving blogs, newsletters, social media content and other inbound communications.
