Responsibilities:
1) The incumbent will be responsible for leading a large team of implementation analyst, business analyst, project manager and will be leading the new client implementations for the organization.
2) Will be responsible for onboarding of new clients, maintenance of existing programs through configuration/ re configuration,, quality assurance, contract amendment, asset movement and liquidation etc.
3) The role also has the responsibility to lead a team of Implementations Project Manager who are responsible for overall transition from the point of sale to handoff to ongoing service teams for new clients and existing clients.
4) Understand the objectives and initiatives related to client projects and work with the organization to ensure that resources are allocated, project plans are defined, utilized, and handled to ensure that deliverables are met.
5) Identify, evaluate, initiate, and supervise the execution of functional and cross-functional process improvement projects that meet service, quality and efficiency goal
6) Collaborate with peers and the leadership team on process improvement ideas and procedure enhancements and opportunities to improve the customer service experience.
7) Construct and empower high-performing teams to deliver innovative solutions while encouraging a continuous learning environment.
8) Demonstrate thought leadership to drive delivery excellence & functional excellence. Identify ways to meet all project targets, improve quality & speed to market.
Candidate Requirement:
Bachelors or Masters degree in any function
A combination of Operations & new client Implementation experience is ideal with experience in Defined Contribution will be an added advantage.
Shift : 01.00 PM to 10.00 PM
