Our client is a leading healthcare MNC
Position Overview: Director - Implementation & Enablement will be responsible for all implementations and enablement of all technology & process solutions for both internal and external clients. S/he will lead a team of process consultants, technology evangelists, and implementation consultants to ensure all required solutions & tools are implemented and are effectively used by the client teams. S/he will manage day-to-day client interaction, set and manages client expectations, develops lasting relationships with client personnel, project administrative support and will take ownership and drive project with limited direction required. Furthermore s/he will act as a subject matter expert and consult the client teams through change management, process optimization, effective utilization of technology and transitioning into a technology enabled organization.
Responsibilities:
Process Consulting & Change Management:
- Act as the agent of change and drive transition of operations teams to standardized technology platforms and process frameworks
- Research and analyze basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems. Work with all stakeholders and teams to manage alignment between processes, business objectives and technology solutions so as to optimize performance.
- Make process design and development recommendations to standardize, improve, or redesign processes to meet business needs.Resolve issues identified in the processes and systems.
- Drive and ensure adoption of processes and technology solution among the user groups
- Communicates changes and may provide training to impacted teams
Client Management:
- Own day to day relationships with all key external and internal clients, arrange and attend new and existingmeetings to ensure continued excellent relationships are maintained
- Ensure the clients/customers satisfaction throughout the implementation and adoption phases
- Resolve stakeholder queries related to project status and answer queries related to product, process and approach.
- Build confidence and trust amongst the client & user teams to ensure adoption of the processes & technology solutions implemented
- Ensure client satisfaction by the delivery of quality services and quality products
Implementations Management:
- Drive a team of implementation & process consultants to ensure successful and timely implementations
- Liaison with client, operations, transitions, technology & support teams
- Act as the go-to person for troubleshooting all implementation related issues
- Manage governance, reporting and tracking of operations and implementation teams
Establishing Project Methodologies:
Working together with the implementation manager & consultants,drives estimationand documentation of project timelines, efforts and resourcesthat the project requires.Lays down the project methodologies through Implementation Plans, Governance Plans, Work Breakdown Structure, Communication Plansand other documents as required.
Project Tracking and Support
- Responsible for auditing or tracking of ongoing projects at regular intervals to ensure projects are on course and follow the approved methodology.
- Maintaining the project documentation, generating project reports, maintaining project meeting schedule and preparing meeting documentation.

Other Responsibilities
- Coordinating with the technology implementation & support teams for ensuring timely and successful delivery of all technical requirements
- As a member of the technology users group, act as a source of requirements for the product development team and help drive product roadmaps
- Any other responsibilities as deemed necessary from time to time
Qualification & Skills:
Experience 12+ yrs. of experience in Process consulting for RCM operations / Managing large Quality Assurance teams in RCM operations / Managing transitions for large RCM projects / Implementation of enterprise level solutions for RCM organizations
Educational Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate degree in Commerce/business/ engineering / computer science or a related discipline
MBA Preferred
Skills :
- Expertise in concepts of Revenue Cycle Management and the US Healthcare market
- Experience of consulting and guiding large operations teams through process changes
- Deft in managing team of high performance knowledge workers skilled in individually managing large projects
- Broad business acumen and understanding of Software development lifecycle, Project Management principles and methodologies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including capacity to comfortably interface with clients and senior leaders.
- Experience in Client Facing Role
- Ability to work under rigorous schedules and on own initiative
