Director - Human Resources - Technology Startup

HR Director - Technology startup - Bangalore.

- Client is looking for a lady candidate

- The client is a well funded tech startup.

- 12+ years experience handling HR Ops for multiple global geographies (US + India mandatory).

- Must have handled Hire to Retire for US geography ( local employees)

- Will handle HR ops, Talent acquisition and all other related HR functions for these geographies.

- Will handle talent management and career planning

- Stake holder management with leadership team to design the org vision

- Create and roll out HR practices and policies

- Ideally with start up experience ( prefer tech cos) who has scaled up the organisation

- 12-15 years experience (not more)

Budget 40-50 lacs

- Ability to manage the teams remotely
