You will be accountable for the delivery of all Employee Experience within the shared services organization of the client.
Responsible for:
- Onboarding and assimilation, Employee engagement, Employee retention, Reward and recognition programs, Performance management coaching, Employee learning & development programs, Work Force Planning consulting.
- Leverage and enforce processes and technologies to support delivery of services.
- Accountable for GHRS performance metrics and engagement, including costs and ROIs of solutions delivered
- Diagnose gaps in engagement, retention, recruitment to help facilitate solutions.
- Lead a team of EE to provide relevant, effective consulting services to business managers and delivery of HR processes.
- Assist business in developing Talent.
- Establish a culture of accountability and measurement.
- Ensure the desired business results are prioritized and the organization capabilities are operationalized.
- Direct the team to deliver appropriate interventions to develop a high performance culture and improve manager effectiveness.
- Articulate market-specific requirements and resources to effectively help regional leads to understand and address challenges and priorities for the teams based in the Market.
- Ensure EE Teams are deployed and operational.
- Understand capability gaps and opportunities within the business and identify and facilitate solutions.
- Promote the use and implementation of tools/technologies to gain efficiency in delivering HR Solutions.
- Establish the EE team with a strong client focus, an environment of collaboration and enablement, effective and successful performance, and continuous improvement.
- Carry out impact assessments to understand HR implications on the businesses.
- Vendor management of employee experience service providers.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization on processes
