They are looking for a seasoned HR professional with experience working closely with senior leadership team in commercial organisation to drive HR.

Description

As Director HR, you will work closely with India leadership team and drive people initiatives across the to increase employee engagement.

You will also develop and drive and organisation culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Profile

- Atleast 10 to 15 years experience post Tier 1 MBA (XLRI, TISS, MDI, SIBM etc.)

- Prior experience in a HR leadership role as a business partner in an MNC Pharma or FMCG/FMCD firm is a must.

- Strong experience working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix/COE set up

- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to manage senior stakeholders in an MNC environment.
