Our client is a leading MNC driving innovation in Pharma and Life sciences space for past 50 years. The company is growing their shared services captive in India and is looking to hire a seasoned HR professional with prior experience managing HR in a leadership role with other MNC captives/ITeS firms.

Description

- Reporting into country head, you will work very closely with the global stakeholders and business heads to drive organization culture and foster growth.

- Drive the development and implementation of organizational strategy in areas like performance management, career development, talent management and succession planning

- Manage HR policies and procedures, provide employee relations guidelines and help to improve the overall manager-employee relationships

- Lead the HR team including HRBPs, HR operations, L&D, Talent Acquisition etc.

- Drive the organization's values within the employees

Profile

- Successful Candidate will come with atleast 15 years experience in HR post MBA from a reputed institute.

- Strong presentation and communication skills with prior experience working with an MNC captive/ITeS firm in a team leading role.
