Ideally, premier tier-1 B-school 2010-2013 batch
- The role will be responsible for creating a PMS for 18,000 employees, including permanent and contractual.
- Past experience in designing PMS strategy and related strategies, rather than managing the same, is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in Talent Management and OD will also be desirable.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a very fast paced and dynamic environment. with young and high potential leadership.
- Those looking for very structured and streamlined processes, may not succeed in the role.
