Scrabble has been mandated to hire Director HR (People & Culture) for one of the Asia's top ranked global business school.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize the HR Strategy in alignment with business direction.
- Formulate and Lead performance management & rewards, learning & development, talent management and operations as per business requirements.
- Formulize talent acquisition policies.
- Conceptualize talent management strategy and facilitate employee development programs to build employee capability as per business requirements.
- Analytics and MIS - Provide a monthly HR dashboard to the President that captures all key metrics and components that define the HR function at the campus.
- Creation of HR scorecard and ensure achievement of the performance measures against the targets
- Grievance Management and Redressal
Qualification:
- 20+ years of experience with an MBA in HR from top tier institute.
- Ability to align business objectives and goals with HR programmes in a high-growth environment.
- Experience working for a multinational company.
- Passionate about both operational and strategic HR, with a track record of successfully driving initiatives to completion.
- Exhibits a charismatic personality and exceptional communication skills to effectively motivate and engage employees at all levels within the organization.
