HR Director, Mumbai

Our Client: Our client is a US MNC and is one of the biggest player in logistics and maritime services. They have been a name to reckon with globally and are now looking to strengthen their India operations with a Senior HR executive to manage the overall HR operations in India. The role is based out of Mumbai.

Role:

Reporting to the Regional HRD and managing an employee scope of 500+ employees you will be responsible for:

- Providing senior business partnering support to the Chief Operating Officer in India and other leadership colleagues across the full range of HR disciplines

- Leading the development and execution of long-term HR strategies and priorities for India; aligned with broader global HR and business strategies, reporting on progress monthly to the Group HRD

- Acting as an advisor for managers and staff on all HR related queries.

- Supporting global Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives

- Supporting the development and execution of a leading TA process and candidate experience ; overseeing the recruitment manager and recruiter as required

Ideal Candidate:

- Ideally you have a Bluechip MNC experience of 15+ years managing HR gamut as the lead for at least last 5+ years in services industry.

- If you have worked in logistics, maritime, engineering maintenance sector which has 24x7 operations it would be beneficial for you to understand and fit to the nature of the business.

- You must have excellent communication skills and gravitas as a leader.
