Director of Human Resources This role is with a Customer of mine an IT SERVICES firm HQ at California) and the position is for their offshore center located in Bangalore. Currently be working with (Furloughed, Laid-off ect.. owing to the pandemic is okay) an IT Services firm (Services should include Providing Implementation, annual maintenance support, ODC services for technologies like SAP, Oracle ERP, SFDC, Analytics). 2. The size of the firm in terms of manpower should not exceed 500 people - I can relax this for some candidates within reasoning - this will become evident when we speak. 3. The applicant(s) reporting manager should be/have been a CEO, MD, Country head in other words in the last (few) assignments the applicant should have reported to the titles/designations listed. The applicant should have experience in conducting BGC, Reference checks etc. with and without the aid of BGC agencies. 2. Hand's on experience in "Salary-Benchmarking, Negotiations, Appraisals" - All levels in a IT SERVICES firm. 3. Should be an expert in addressing employee grievances and providing solutions in adherence to the company's policies. 4. Expert in "Performance Management" - should have the ability to work with different Managers in accessing employees. 5. "Talent Acquisition" experience is certainly a plus. 6.
