- This role will involve working with senior business leaders to plan and drive workforce strategy.
- The role will involve a combination of strategic thinking, program management and seamless execution of activities that continuously enhance associate experience and talent management practices. Some of the key activities include:
- Engage and work closely with business stakeholders to implement workforce plans
- Oversee the planning and execution of the performance management cycle. Partner with business as well as with other HR stakeholders in driving key initiatives
- Design and roll out talent management practices to nurture high performance
- Liasion with Employee Relations (ER) to handle employee greviances
- Lead and mentor a team to partner with business effectively
Required Candidate profile
- Full Time MBA with specialization in HR
- 15-20 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing HR Strategy
- Experience in Analytics industry preferred.
