Role Summary:
The HR Director will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Mobius Networks by leading the HR function and aligning it with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR practices, a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, and the ability to drive organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the HR team.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on HR matters.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs.
- Manage talent development programs to foster employee growth and retention.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems that support continuous feedback and development.
- Ensure alignment of individual performance with organizational goals.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment and culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure the efficient operation of HR processes and systems.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive workplace.
- Develop and implement programs that support a diverse workforce.
Organizational Development:
- Lead organizational development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Drive change management efforts to support business transformation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with HR software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong ethical standards and high level of integrity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a technology or digital transformation company.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
