Director - Human Resources - Infrastructure/Retail/Hospitality

Talentmint is hiring for the role of Director HR for a Global Conglomerate based out in Mumbai location. Looking for someone who has handled a similar kind of role for multiple businesses preferably into Infrastructure, Retail, Hospitality etc.

Designation: Director/ President HR

The HR Director, India will have a primary responsibility of providing HR partnership and leadership to multiple businesses and functions primarily located in India. A heavily execution focused role which will ensure that all initiatives including but not limited to talent development, coaching, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compensation, are managed as per our standard work. This leadership role needs to be hands-on while also being able to wear a strategic hat as and when needed. The role also would be a coach/mentor for the HR team in India

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

The overall management and development of all HR aspects for the company, including:

- Recruitment and Selection

- Learning and Development

- Talent Management

- Management of the HR department

- Writing and delivery of the HR strategy

- Compensation and Benefits positioning

- Employee Relations

- Oversee the entire HR function within the organization.

- Develop and implement the HR strategy aligned with business goals.

- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

- Design and execute learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.

- Manage talent management initiatives, including succession planning and career development.

- Ensure smooth functioning and development of the HR department.

- Drive compensation and benefits positioning to attract and retain employees.

- Foster a positive employee relations environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
