About the Role:
Your role would be to head the People Team and manage engagement initiatives through each member's life cycle, in alignment with business and people strategies. Responsibilities:
- Consult with the Founders on implementing talent & culture interventions
- Ensure seamless ideation to execution of HR programs across team members' lifecycle including talent acquisition, engagement, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits management, and Operations
- Coach leaders and guide them on HR related guidelines & practices. Supporting recruitment needs and leadership development programs as required.
- Align business goals to people practices to ensure that solutions & policies match business needs
- Continuously assess the employee pulse and cultural climate, proactively identifying issues and work with various stakeholders for resolution
- Develop and implement innovative, effective strategies for developing and retaining top-quality talent in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment
- Audit and update talent acquisition processes to ensure all associates have a comprehensive on boarding experience and a clear understanding of job roles and responsibilities
- Facilitate the organization's career management framework through coordination with various team leaders, founders, the employees and your own team members
- Build external relationships to proactively understand emerging best practices in recruiting (tech-enabled) diversity and inclusion programs, on boarding, professional development, and retention
- Develop dashboards for tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance, establish goals/ KPIs to drive success.
- Managing the performance review process, driving feedback culture, quality of appraisals and timely closure. Identifying and implementing improvements where necessary
- Create and execute a people strategy that leverages social media to support and attract top talent
- Work as a change agent through diagnosis of systemic organizational problems, and developing interventions for organizational development
- Apply people analytics to enable informed decision making
- Maintain effective level of business literacy about company's vision, mission, goals, GTM strategy, business plans, technology, regulations pertaining to the FinTech industry, and our competitors
- Driving learning initiatives through support of needs analysis, program design, training coordination and effectiveness assessment.
- Deploying and providing inputs for compensation and benefit policies and processes.
- Ensuring fun at work and team building activities are a consistent part of the culture. Instilling energy and enthusiasm in the workplace through ownership with the people
- Champion a customer service mentality towards all employees in order to deliver an exceptional employee experience
- Facilitating HRMIS and reporting requirements through data collation and validation
- Collaboration with Administration, Operations, Finance and logistics teams to solve people concerns and when needed for any other activity
Requirements and Qualifications:
- MBA in HRDM or Masters in HRDM preferred
- 7-8 years of relevant experience supporting founders in a fast growing organisation, at least 2 yrs in a leadership HR role
- Excels at working in a fast-paced work environment with a hands-on approach
- Passionate about innovative HR solutions and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to empathize and build trusted relations
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking skills
- Experience in employer branding & crafting employee value propositions
- Ability to multi-task and drive items to closure through well-honed planning & organizing. Proactive in nature, going out of the way to learn and contribute
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with people at various levels, with sound influencing capability. High levels of interpersonal effectiveness and maturity
- Natural ability to operate with integrity and confidentiality
- Experienced in counseling and problem solving
- Knowledge and experience on best payroll practices in the market
