- Coaching of senior leaders

- Ability to work with complex and diverse skill sets.

- Handling a team directly

- Candidates preferred from top Internet, FMCG, Media, tech, consulting companies

- You should be conceptual sound, articulate and great ability work with multiple stakeholders.

- Shown strong leadership, managing ambiguity

- Should have worked in a highly demanding environment. Fast paced

- Very articulate and presentation skills

- Should be 10/10 on ability to influence and bring change

- Must score high on all competencies expected of an HR leader

- Average ( experience/number of jobs ) stint in career should be at least 3 years.

- Full time 2 year PG/MBA

- 10-15 years experience
