HR Director - B2B SAAS or Tier 1 only
- We are looking for an experienced HR Director to ensure that all people (aka HR) operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
- You will be primarily responsible for designing and implementation of recruiting strategies for us. This will include monitoring recruitment procedures and managing a team of recruiters. You must understand the requirements of the team, then lead the identification, sourcing, and hiring of high-potential candidates.
- You should also be able to manage HR programs including defining and maintaining our company's Culture Deck and Onboarding program.
- Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met + aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Lead all sourcing strategies
- Manage our external partnerships with colleges, job boards and HR vendors
- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
- Manage, train and evaluate our team of talent acquisition executives
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
- Monitor adherence to internal policies (deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required)
Requirements :
- Proven experience as HR/People Operations director in a SaaS startup
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools for hiring engineers and enterprise SaaS team members
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
- Good team-management abilities
