Responsible for the achievement of overall hiring needs for ManpowerGroup through efficient management. Forging strong relationships with all the stakeholders. An experienced HR professional with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our HR initiatives are effective, efficient and aligned to overall business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervising HR personnel
- Aligning the team to deal with employee grievances and disputes,
- Supporting employee development,
- Enhancing job satisfaction,
- Implementing HR strategies whenever required
- Support business objectives,
- Forecasting staffing needs,
- Designing accountability mechanisms
- Take initiative to improve HR processes
- Improve morale and employee retention,
- Enhance safety and wellness,
- strengthen relations between staff and employers,
- manage job satisfaction,
- Attract the best recruits and promote the organization's values.
Desired Profile:
- Mumbai-based Candidates are preferred
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in services or similar industry
- Qualified Full time MBA in HR from an institute of repute
- Hands-on knowledge of power-point & excel is preferred
- A high work ethic,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Presentable
- Strategic thinking abilities,
- Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
