Description :

- Reporting into the COO, you would be leading the entire spectrum of Human Resource for a MNC in travel domain setting up their business in India.

- You will work closely with the leadership team and will be responsible to build and drive HR strategy across functions to foster organization growth.

- You will develop and drive an organization culture that fosters collaboration and innovation. You will also work closely with the founders to attract and retain the best in class talent across technology, product, sales and operations etc.

Profile :

- Overall 12-15 years experience in HR post MBA from a Tier-1/2 institute in the Retail/Hospitality/Travel space is a must.

- Strong business acumen with ability to manage diverse stakeholders

- Experience working as a HR Business Partner, Leadership Development, Talent Management etc.
