- Product/Start up experience: Should have strong understanding of product set up.
- Business leader: Should be HR subject matter expert, Can offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people related strategy and execution.
- Change management: Design and deliver strategic organization development and design initiatives to increase efficiency, streamline process, and address potential challenges that come with a dynamic organization.
- Out of the box thinking: The person should demonstrate innovative ideas to improve work culture and healthy work environment.
- Self-Driven & Motivated. Does not necessarily require team to get things done. Able and enthusiastic to do the task him/herself.
- Relationship focused : The ability to quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with managers/stakeholders, Senior leadership team.
