General HR :


- Provide leadership to the HR organization and develop a strong business partner relationship between HR and the business functions

- Share best practices and knowledge capital in and across organizations. Monitor and evaluate human resources industry trends

- Develop and monitor the HR budget and manage the cost / benefit ratio of the function

- Monitor external competitor analyses and adjust strategies/processes as needed

Strategic HR :

- Work closely with Leadership team to understand the business environment, business strategies and work priorities to develop and lead innovative solutions

- Co-creating, diagnosing, and executing interventions for strategic change management to include Vision, Mission, Values, Culture, Goal and Team Alignment

- Leading Competency Creation and Integration of People Strategy with overall business strategy

- Nurture a professional culture of growth and customer orientation in letter & spirit, flexible to adapt to the needs of a high growth organization with partnerships & relationships

- Share best practices and knowledge on human capital across the organization

Learning & Development :

- Creating, executing and managing integrated Leadership processes and capability building initiatives

- Institutionalizing and driving end-to-end capability building measures and employee learning life cycle in the organization

- Creating and executing L & D programs that positively strengthen the organization's ability to attract, develop and retain best in class talent

- Developing training needs, Identification processes and delivery mechanisms for learning initiatives to develop Skill Inventory matrix across the organization

Talent Management and Professional Development :

- Ensure talent acquisition is in line with the company's business strategy

- Designing and developing effective talent management process to ensure management and professional readiness

- Implementing ways to facilitate early identification of excellent talent in the organization for high potential development program

- Strategize and lead best-in-class methods to create the talent pipeline to attract and retain talent

- Put in place effective systems & processes for goal settings, appraisals and other performance management tools

- Create and strengthen the culture keeping in mind future business aspirations across locations

Policy Formulation and Implementation :

- Creation and execution of policies revolving around employee motivation and retention

- Designing annual incremental policy that is concurrent with business and market expectations

- Ensure HR policies are compliant with best global practices as it builds operations and scale

- Build key relationships across the organization and be a trusted mentor/advisor

- Work with Plant Heads and HR Heads of Plants heads to ensure smooth relations and negotiations of all unions in accordance with the labour laws
