The requirement is for the Financially Advisory vertical.
Job Description
- Provide expertise in HR solutions such as organization design, workforce optimization, productivity improvement, sales incentives.
- Strategize client engagement, manage issues and risks, lead buy-in process, on the solution with the client.
- Prepare proposal, point of view, marketing collaterals to win potential opportunities.
Exposure to the following areas would merit consideration for selection:
- Organization effectiveness
- Organization structuring
- Strategic planning of workforce
- Employee cost optimization / benchmarking surveys of talent
- Determining HR function effectiveness
- Labour codes assessment
- HR due diligence
- Synergy assessment, tracking and realization
- HR function integration
Qualifications:
- MBA HR preferably from premier institutes.
- Candidates who display commercial acumen in HR consulting would find the assignment interesting and fulfilling.
