Role description and requirements

- Lead, manage and develop the HR team of 6-9; driving a high-level HR team.

- Refine and rollout monthly/quarterly recruiting metrics (qualitative and quantitative) in consultation with the leadership team. Drive the narrative of recruiting status with data

- Own and improve the recruiting process and tools to drive higher quality of candidates, conversion rates, TATs and a superior candidate experience.

- Develop and implement recruitment operation and related programs including creative sourcing plans to attract diverse talent across all functional areas across all locations, with a laser focus on social media, employment brand initiatives, campus relations, employee referral programs and vendor management.

- Assign workload for the team and ensure appropriate workload balance for each direct report given their abilities and the size of the assignment while providing adequate guidance and support. Review and track performance

- Translate recruitment initiatives and metric insights into actionable strategies for the recruiting team

- Partner business and build robust job descriptions to correctly reflect requirements

- Highly effective judgment and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface with all levels of the entire organization

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment that is focused on Business Priorities and Business enabling scenarios and to change track as per needs.

- Well rounded HR generalist experience with demonstrated competence in talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, change management, and driving cultural change

- Successful track record of implementing HR strategies to achieve business goals with tangible measures of success

- Experience effectively working with leaders and employees at all levels of an organization to develop and implement programs that drive performance and attract and retain top talent.

- Strong understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics, and its critical success factors.

- Ability to analyse complex data, understands business implications, recommend appropriate solution

- Prepare the organization to competitive HR practices befitting the business and industry trends.

- Preparing HR MIS and maintaining the HR dashboard

- HR systems & Policies: Designing, Developing, Deploying, Monitoring and adherence to HR Systems and HR policies in the organization

- Training, coaching and mentoring to HR staff development Plans, superior workforce and skills development.

- Conduct research and analysis in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.

- Ability to analyse complex data, understands business implications, recommend appropriate solution

- Solid thinking and execution skills, with a willingness to roll up the sleeves and execute.

- Excellent communication and presentation skill

- Must have excellent working experience in MS-Office suite of tools (Hands on experience in working on MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint).

- Expertise in budgeting is required.

- Support management in the overall human resource strategies and risk management of the organization.

- Be a pro-active contributor to overall goals and expectation of the Company.
