- Shall be able to execute the SOP's across the organization.
- Should have handled JV, M&A HR processes.

- Design and deployment of HR Service Delivery Model across a diverse set of business verticals

- This role provides subject matter expertise, project leadership, and direction to local HR operation teams to ensure HR Operation service is fit for purpose.
- The role supports the initiatives of the Organisation's business functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for partnering with local HR Operations Teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR Operation activities like Payroll and associated tasks such as compliance with tax and regulatory rules, tax payments, and filings, regulatory reporting, etc.
- Responsible for oversight of local team compliance with Internal Controls, Information Security Requirements, etc.
- Drive transformation to improve processing, implementation of best practices, standardize processes, etc
- Accountable for the success, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of HR Operation Activities related to Ventures and Acquisitions
- Partner with business functions to ensure local systems and processes can support related requirements such as equity, benefit, HR, cross-border assignment, and other functions
- Partner with IT/CIO to drive required technology changes
- Support local Payroll teams with Vendor system changes, upgrades, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating global and local HR OPs Teams.
