Role : Director HR

Reporting to the Vice Chancellor

Location: Chennai

Exp: 10 - 18 yrs

Director HR will be responsible for shaping the culture on the University, formulating strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training, and development, budget, and labor relations. The prospect is the key resource for implementing the policies & processes within the University

Requirements/Eligibility :

- Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute

- Preference would be given to candidate having at least 10 years of experience in similar profile with a reputed University / Higher Educational Institution

- Candidates are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must have an intimate knowledge of the higher education landscape in India and internationally
