Functional HR Responsibilities :

- Performance management - performance mgmt. framework continues to calibrate and optimize, built on the foundations of roles / responsibilities for every employee of Product/technology function.

- Learning and development - employees across functions experience robust and accelerated learning curves throughout their career with us.

- Employee retention and engagement - attrition levels are kept low while employee engagement and morale are kept high

- Compensation and benefits - total rewards tightly align with pay for performance and meet the philosophy of - better than market.

- HR policies and HRIS systems - Re-engineering policies & procedures. Ensuring policies are up to date and fully compliant with local regulatory requirements; HRIS systems are built under the philosophy of - self-service- and meet the needs of a growing organization.

- Business Partnership - effective - one-stop-shop- HR services for all functions through customized interactions with functional leadership.

- Talent Management and Succession - Ensure critical jobs are identified within Product/Technology function and a succession plan is drawn to ensure business continuity in the short to medium term.

- Employee Learning and Development - Ensure that the learnings need of the functions are met through ongoing and customized programs that are both - classroom- as well as - on-the-job- . Develop content and facilitate key learning programs where required like leadership offsites, team-building self-awareness programs, etc.

- Total Rewards, HR Policies and HR Systems - Ensure the compensation and benefits practices are conducive to attract and retain talent and build various related strategies at the organizational level; ensure timely and effective execution of these processes. Identify policy gaps on an ongoing basis and address identified gaps to remain compliant with local regulatory authorities. Build awareness of these policies and ensure consistent enforcement of the same.


- Ensure 100% accuracy for processes like payroll, bonus, merit processes, etc. Ensure HRIS system supports automation of HR processes and has the ability to authenticate and demonstrate evidence from an audit / compliance point of view.

Skills and Experience :

- Master's degree in Human Resources with at least 10-17 years of human resource experience with, E-Commerce, tech, product organisations

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Hands on and ability to work at ground level too

- Detail oriented

- Excellent Communication Skills
