- KRAs: Set up HR Shared services from scratch including designing and implementation
- Will handle entire hire to retire process (Payroll handled by others)
- Focus on Policy administration and Strategy (and not transactional work)
- HR shared services run on SAP
- Will scale the operations to other global offices too later
- Candidate to have initiative and leadership across HR function
- Preferred background: HR generalist who later moved into Shared Services
- Preferred companies: Pharma companies with Shared services or dual model
