- Lead delivery of complex projects across HR Transformation, Organisational Design, Change Management, Talent Management and development, Rewards Advisory and HR Technology.

- Be responsible for generating profitable revenue for the business by working with clients in the Technology sector

They are looking for a seasoned HR Professional experienced in leading HR functions primarily in consulting.

Description :

- Lead HR projects across across Talent and HR Transformation solution areas

- Lead business development for allocated area through understanding clients requirements, leading proposals and solution development with a team

- Lead project work streams from planning through to implementation - managing project resources and budgets effectively

Profile :

- 12+ years of relevant work experience in HR function post MBA from a good institute and proven track with reputed organizations

- Prior HR consulting experience is a must, preferably in Transformation solution areas

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
