Responsibilities:

- Translate business strategies and objectives into the appropriate HR actions and initiatives.

- Responsible for enhancement and implementation of the APAC HR function: talent acquisition & management, total rewards and organizational development.

- Develop and implement innovative and effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage employee relations issues and support managers in driving culture with an eye towards ensuring that the company becomes an employer of choice.

- Coach and partner with management teams to maximize operational effectiveness and lead change where appropriate.

- HR policies and procedures implementation; review and make recommendations that will enhance current practices.

- HR compliance – partner with Global People Operations and management to safeguard consistent company policy/procedure practices and ensure compliance with all applicable local employment laws and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 12+ years progressive HR experience with complex, global, high-growth environments.

- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline (or equivalent).

- Experienced HR Leader; knowledge of all HR functions including total rewards, talent acquisition, organizational development and employee relations.

- Demonstrated collaborative business partnership skills; ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth .
