Our client is an MNC in the Medical Devices space. With a vast global presence, they have been in the Indian market for about 6+ years with a total revenue of over 150 crores. They occupy close to 70% of the market share in India, with a 40% YoY growth. Given this, they are looking at investing in people and hence are hiring an HR Business Partner with a heavy focus on Talent Acquisition to meet the aggressive growth plans of the organization
Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Director, your responsibilities will include :
- Working closely and analysing the needs of the Business Units especially the Sales teams
- Accomplishing the hiring of quality talent in time
- Managing the overall recruitment process from start to end
- Driving the Performance Management Process for the region
- Designing and managing the Talent Management process and creation of roadmap for high potential talent
The Successful Applicant
You come with 10 -12 years of experience within the FMCG, Telecom, Healthcare or consulting space as a Business Partner with strong exposure in sales hiring. You have an MBA in HR from a top tier Business School only and are looking to take the next step in your career.
