Director - HR Business Partner - Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics Industry

Currently company has 30 cafes across Mumbai , B'lore And Delhi and plan to expand to 200 more cafes in 4 months

- Responsible for hiring as well for the cafes as well asretention and Will be responsible for managing retention , employee engagement , employee issues , coaching , leadership development.

- Target candidates handling HR for QSR (Quick service restaurants) or operations logistics / supply chain heavy cos like ecommerce )/head hr at national level for franchisee of these companies /or regional heads who have managed 1000 plus employees

- Each cafe has a 10 feet by 10 feet/15 ft by 15 ft space in the dark store with minimum 5 staff to manage the cafe, each serves tea/cogffee/snacks- samosas/pizzas/pancakes/ fries etc - all freshly made at the cafe ready for delivery

- Should be strong in strategy and operations .
