- Candidate must have set of experience with Design of strategy, Performance, Talent Management, L&D, compensation.
- Must have handled issues and complexity specifically related to India region.
- Preferred from large IT firms only from finance verticals managing 5000-6000 people.
- Must have had experience in the Indian Market.
- Must be smart and mature to interact with Partners.
- Leverage the COEs (Centers of Excellence) - specifically Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Leadership Development, Org Effectiveness, and Performance Management - to develop and implement programs which foster employee engagement and success
- Works with business and COE partners to understand plans and business needs and generate near-term solutions, provide recommendations for longer-term strategies with a focus on Talent Acquisition for the client group
- Actively participate as a strategic leader and member of the HR senior leadership team with input, oversight and accountability for the HRBP and Employee Relations functions
- Identifies and researches new approaches, strategies and processes to address a business needs.
- Ability to develop and execute human capital strategy
- Ability to influence senior leadership regarding key business strategies, as appropriate
- Role models effective oral and written communication leadership abilities
- May lead and assist in the development and planning of organizational change/transformation, leading identification/framing of problems, creation of trusting relationships, action plan fulfillment
- Maximize internal talent across VF's Direct to Consumer business
