Looking at someone with HR expertise across change management & strategy formulation from the Startup tech background.
The role can be designated as Director/ Associate Director/ Senior director based on the experience of the candidature in place.
Key Expectations:
A) Knowledge and expertise in:
- Design, execute and run interventions around org design and planning, staffing, productivity, learning, employee communication, and engagement areas.
- Business partnering experiences in translating business objectives into executable HR plans.
B) Change Management of interventions.
C) Management of budget and quality of output from stakeholders.
D) Designing and developing an assessment matrix to enhance capabilities and organizational effectiveness.
E) Provide management coaching to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
F) Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
G) Review the policies, processes, rewards, and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.
H) Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement.
I) Responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiring strategies, performance management, compensation, etc.
Essential Qualifications:
- Min 15+ years of experience in the function with a min of 2 years as in the capacity of a Team Leader/Function lead. Experiences of having run a min of 5+ interventions.
- Experiences or exposure to the SaaS/PaaS technology startups would be preferred.
- Experiences in the technology, startup ecosystem.
Desirable:
- A Specialized Degree 2-year post-graduate degree in HR and related disciplines.
