- Be an active mentor and coach for Business leaders on people and business practices.
- Evaluate & resolve potential employee challenges proactively to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Leverage analytics to drive improvement and foster positive work environment
- Be highly adept at identifying and implementing initiatives to improve the business and people experience.
- Build strong talent pool for the organization
- Work with Rest-of-Organization for integration of people-business agenda; Collaborate effectively with all stake holders.
- Lead a team of assigned HRBPs, in doing all of the above.
