Job Description :

Experience : 10+years, Preferred to have 2 years with Ecommerce company mandatory

Education : MBA from Tier1 B school mandatory

Required Skills and Experience :

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business or related degree

- 8-12 years of strong experience in one or a combination of HR Management, Consulting, Technology, Digital Transformation, and Change Management

- High project management skills

- Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities

- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and provide input on team structures, workforce planning, talent classication, training needs, career progressions, etc.

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem- solving skills, critical thinking, and self- an initiative

- Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience

Must have : Should have strong HRBP background
