Position Purpose:
The Position of Senior HR Business Partner is to provide strategic direction and execution on matters of employee engagement, career management, talent and succession planning and risk management in employee related matters; through partnering with Business leadership and managers and providing value added advise for the assigned perimeter.
Responsibilities:
People Engagement and Talent Engagement:
- Monitoring feedback from all staff and ensuring actions agreed are closed on time
- Key staff, critical staff are identified, groomed and developed via career discussions; PDPs are in place and tracked for talent
- Succession planning exercise with regular follow ups on grooming of key staff and early identification of key successors
- Drive the promotion process per agreed process and group guidelines
- Actively work on retention strategies by tracking attrition and devise risk mitigation initiatives
- Design and executive key people engagement practices and monitory outcomes.
- Track and monitor C&B - facilitate the market benchmarking and CRP ask to ensure retention and talent attraction and the execution of the CRP activity as per agreed guidelines.
- Design and execute Recognition programs for the entity
Overall Risk Management
- Management of any locational employee related incident/BCP situation - work closed with the Business leadership and HR Head.
- Ensure all local /state compliances, filings and reporting are adhered to. Manage any local regulatory inspections
- POSH and disciplinary cases to be conducted per the documented procedures
- Assess control gaps and devise /introduce controls to strengthen the HRBP processes/engagement
- Implementation of Personal Data protection.
People/team Management
- Engage and groom team members and planning for potential attrition risks and mitigation plans
Contributing Responsibilities
- Regional/functional or entity level projects during the year

Specific Qualifications (if required):
- Preferred Post Graduate qualification in HRM /Organizational Psychology.
- Overall, 15 - 20 years of experience within HR
